Maintenance and Repair Works for Storage Tank No. D-903

Summary of the project

Bosna Petroleum Company (BPC) successfully completed repair works on crude oil storage tank D-903 at the Zawia Tank Farm. All activities were executed in accordance with applicable API standards, ensuring compliance with recognized industry requirements and best practices.

The scope of work included MFL inspection of the bottom and annular plates; patch repairs of bottom plates; plating patches for the ladder runway; painting touch-up works on the bottom and roof plates; replacement of floating roof accessories; repairs to the roof sealing system; repairs to the concrete ring beam and installation of sealing protection system on the tank’s chime area; and replacement of the roof drain sump along with installation of a new roof drain hose system.

The works were carried out in full compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, with strict adherence to safety procedures and risk control measures throughout execution.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes were implemented at all stages of the project to ensure that materials, workmanship, and final deliverables met the specified standards and project requirements.
