EPC for Replacement of Fire Fighting Cooling System (D901–D909) – Azzawiya Tank Farm

Summary of the project

The EPC project involved engineering, procurement, replacement, and testing of a new cooling ring system on nine tanks.

Scope included mechanical works, corrosion protection, and installation of high-quality piping and water curtain nozzles (3’’ & 4’’ carbon steel pipes, elbows, reducers, gaskets, insulation joints, and 730 nozzles).

The fire protection system on all tanks was replaced safely and efficiently, with the project completed four months ahead of schedule.
